By making an order via the Web Site, you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale and to abide by the rules and regulations governing the sale of alcohol in Australia.

You must be 18 years of age or over to order wine from this site. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are buying the goods for personal use and not for re-sale purposes. Mayford Wines reserves the right to request proof of age should they consider the purchase of wine is being made by a minor.

Your contract of sale is with Great Alpine Wines Trading as Mayford Wines ABN 44 007 137 224 under its Victorian Liquor Licence Number. 36088878.

Mayford Wines may accept any order for the supply of goods in whole or in part, or decline any order. We are under no liability to you in respect of those goods that we are unable to supply to you provided that we refund any amounts paid by you in respect of the goods ordered but not supplied.

Ordering via this website or by phone

When ordering with Mayford Wines online or by telephone, you confirm that all the details that you have provided in completing the order and offer to purchase the liquor are true and correct. It is a condition of purchase that you verify that you are 18 years of age or over. If you do not confirm that you are 18 years or over, your order will not be processed.

This site may only be used for purchase of wine for delivery within Australia and delivery of all on-line purchases will be by way of Australia Post.  Should you require alternate delivery options you should contact us to discuss your requirements.

Delivery by Australia Post is very reliable and you should receive your product within 7 days of ordering.  Please advise us promptly if your wine does not arrive. If you do not advise us of non-arrival within 21 of lodging your order we will not accept responsibility for any loss or breakage in transit.

Title and risk in the goods passes to you on delivery of the goods to the delivery address.

Mayford Wines supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. So please note that you or the person receiving your order must have ID proving they are over 18 years of age.
