Mayford Shiraz 2014 – 94 Points

Deep red colour with a good purple rim. The wine is rich and plummy, chocolate, vanilla and also spicy, with some oak clearly evident. It’s full-bodied and rich, deep and texturally lovely with fleshy extract and just the right touch of firmness. A very smart shiraz, which will benefit from more time in the cellar.  Drink 2019 to 2032
