This will be great with a few more years under its belt. Eleana Anderson considers this one of the best wines she’s made and it’s not hard to see why. It’s effusive, it’s deep, it’s plush and it lingers. It carries a wide spread of fine-grained tannin too, which complement the gently ferrous aspect of the fruit beautifully. Red roses, redcurrant, black cherry and mint notes run into sweet spice and iodine notes. It’s juicy, joyous and serious at once. It’s a wine of beauty.
